Company Overview- Non-franchised Transport Operations Division

The Sun Bus Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (the "SBH Group") provide bus services to large residential estates, shopping malls, major corporations, theme parks, deluxe hotels, schools and travel agents, as well as to the general public through chartered hire services. The SBH Group's flagship company, Sun Bus Limited, the first non-franchised bus company within Transport International Holdings Limited Group, commenced operations in 1998. Following years of expansion, the SBH Group has become one of Hong Kong's leading operators in the non-franchised bus industry with a fleet of 377 buses.

New Hong Kong Bus Company Limited ("NHKB"), another wholly-owned subsidiary of Transport International Holdings Limited, jointly operates with its Shenzhen counterpart a 24-hour cross-boundary shuttle bus service, commonly known as the "Huang Bus" service, serving business and leisure travellers between Lok Ma Chau in Hong Kong and Huanggang in Shenzhen.
